Bu kavram\u0131n temelinde; kalite, performans ve yenilik ilkesi vard\u0131r. \u0130\u015fletmeler, m\u00fc\u015fteri odakl\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn geli\u015ftirmeleri ile m\u00fc\u015fterilerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 en iyi \u015fekilde kar\u015f\u0131lama amac\u0131 g\u00fcder. B\u00f6ylece \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in kusursuza yak\u0131n ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan \u00f6zellikler geli\u015ftirir. Apple \u00fcr\u00fcn konseptine dayal\u0131 bir pazarlama stratejisi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmektedir. Her \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn yeni s\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcnde, farkl\u0131 bir \u00f6zellik eklemesi ya da geli\u015ftirmesi yer al\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sat\u0131\u015f Konsepti<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc satma s\u00fcrecine odaklanan sat\u0131\u015f konsepti, temelde \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn olabildi\u011fince \u00e7ok sat\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu anlamda, t\u00fcketicilerin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lansa ve m\u00fc\u015fteri memnuniyeti sa\u011flansa da hizmet kalitesi sat\u0131\u015f yo\u011funlu\u011funa odaklan\u0131r.
